Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Pauhu Fusion Compiler to:
- break any applicable law, or compose code whose purpose is unlawful;
- reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract the corpus or composition engine;
- exceed published rate limits, evade access controls, or share or resell your key;
- overload or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
- build a competing composition service from the Service or its output.
2. Fair Use and Rate Limits
The subscription is for ordinary individual or team development use. We publish rate limits and may apply reasonable technical limits to protect availability for all customers. Sustained automated abuse may lead to throttling or suspension.
3. Responsible Security Disclosure
If you discover a security issue in the Service, report it privately to hello@pauhu.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure. Please do not publish a working exploit or use a vulnerability to access data that is not yours. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted under this policy.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy, with notice where practicable. Where a breach is unlawful or causes harm, we may act immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
