4. Nature of the Service (EU AI Act)

The Pauhu Fusion Compiler is a deterministic compiler tool, not an artificial-intelligence system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). It composes code from cited operations and published standards; it does not learn from, profile, or make automated decisions about users. Any AI model in your workflow is your own coding assistant, operated under your own provider’s terms.

Composition is bounded to a corpus of cited operations; requests outside coverage return an explicit gap rather than fabricated output.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all composed code before use.

“Pauhu” is a registered trademark of the Pauhu group (Finnish Patent and Registration Office, reg. 245034), used by Pauhu AI Ltd. “Fusion” is a product name. All content on this website (text, graphics, design, source code) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, © Pauhu AI Ltd unless otherwise stated.

6. Consumer Disputes

For cross-border consumer disputes, contact the European Consumer Centre Finland (ECC Finland). We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

7. Applicable Law

This imprint is governed by the laws of Finland and complies with Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user’s country of residence apply.
